TNV Tribal Scholarship

To apply, print or download the 2022 Tribal Scholarship Application Packet. Applications for the 2022/2023 academic year are due by July 1, 2022 for students attending college or university. Other career enhancement and training students whose educational institution does not follow a traditional semester or quarter system must apply not less than 30 days prior to the start of their course.

Students interested in applying for a scholarship must meet the following criteria:

  • Be enrolled members of Tangirnaq Native Village

  • Be accepted by an institution that is an accredited college or university, trade school, or such other educational institution as the Committee may approve.

  • Need-based scholarships will be awarded up to $2,000 per semester, as determined by availability of program funds and individual student’s demonstrated need

  • Students are required to maintain a 2.5+ GPA and satisfactory academic progress as defined by the institution

  • Preference will be given to full-time students
